Order Confirmation and Delivery
Once you have placed your order with Baby&More, you will receive an email confirming your order. Orders will be actioned once full payment has been received.
We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt, stock permitting and most items should reach you within 7 working days. We strive to keep all items on our website in stock, however if part of your order is not available for any reason after we have accepted it, we will notify you.
Our standard delivery charges are - UK and Northern Ireland £3.95, Europe £8.00 and Rest of World £12.50. If Baby&More are unable to deliver your order for any reason, payment will be refunded and you will receive an email notifying you.
Our customers are able to place orders through our secure online shop using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron & JCB. Your on-line card payments are processed by WorldPay.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us within 7 working days, in a as new condition and we will issue a full refund, including the original delivery charge. (We are unable to refund return postage charges). The period of 7 days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Please contact us before you return the item so that we can issue you with a customer returns number where necessary.
If you wish to return an item that you feel is faulty we will assess it for genuine manufacturing faults (not accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, change of mind after use). If it is found to have a genuine manufacturing fault then we will offer a refund or exchange within the statutory 30 days after delivery, to include the return postage, which will be refunded at second class postage rates.
We suggest using registered mail to return your items as Baby&More are not liable for any items which may get lost in transit.
Cancelling your Order
The UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow you to cancel your contract within 7 working days from receipt of goods.. To cancel your contract please send an email to email@example.com with the order number and your instruction to cancel or call our Customer Service line 0333 014 4242.
If your order has already been despatched, you must repackage the relevant items and return them to Baby&More. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
0300 numbers are charged at the same rate as UK Geographic landline numbers. However, they are included within free minute packages at no charge to the caller.
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information held by Baby&More may include name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is collected directly when you provide information by telephone or email to Baby&More.
This information may be used by Baby&More to inform you of a change to the website or to keep you updated of events and new products. We will not disclose your personal information to a third party.
